- 2 lbs beef short ribs
- 4 tbs soy sauce
- 1tbs grated fresh ginger
- ¼ cup sorghum
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp pepper
Make a rub of last 4 ingredients and rub liberally over the ribs. Place in a baking pan and shake soy sauce over top of ribs. Cover tightly and bake at 325 until meat pulls from bone.
