  • 1/3 c. olive oil
  • 1/3 c. maple syrup
  • 1/3 c. rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbs. dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbs. toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh grated ginger

Combine in jar and shake well. Serve over salad (with lettuce, arugula and asian greens like mizuna and tatsoi). Garnish with nuts and shredded root vegetables as desired
