  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Cook 4 strips of bacon. Take the bacon out and set aside and let the remaining bacon drippings cool a little. Add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar to the drippings and whisk together vigorously. Drizzle this mixture on top of salad greens and toss to mix thoroughly. Top with crumbled bacon and fresh grated parmesan cheese and enjoy while still warm.
