We used to raise our own ducks at the farm, but it got too hard to find the labor to process them. Rather than not offer our customers duck at all, we have sourced these pekin ducks from Joyce Farms in Winston Salem. Locally raised and naturally processed, they are delicious.

Our Heritage Black Turkey is an old breed, one of the first to be developed from Native American stocks. We raise these special birds on a small family farm in North Carolina and process them by hand in our own plant, where they are also air-chilled to preserve flavor, tenderness and perfect texture.

Turkey raised with no antibiotics, growth stimulants, added hormones, pesticides, preservatives, or animal by-products. Fed a natural, all-vegetable diet and fresh water that is regularly tested for purity. Raised on small family farms, and traceable to the farms where they are grown. Raised in low-stress, humane environments with no over-crowding, so they mature comfortably and naturally at their own pace.
