Organic Ataulfo Mangoes (also known as the "Champagne" of mangoes) mangoes are yellow and have a hook shape at the top. They are soft to the touch and have a velvety texture and a sweet mango taste. Organic Mangoes are almost impossible to find locally but they are so delicious and so good for you that we are passing on these that we get from a local organic wholesaler.
